The Arizona Center for Germanic Cultures will present its Fifth Annual Christkindlmarkt in downtown Phoenix at the Heritage Square, 7th Street and Monroe Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The Christkindlmarkt – a celebration held throughout Central Europe – will bring cherished German and European traditions to downtown Phoenix with holiday entertainment, German and Austrian cuisine, vendors and local artisans selling merchandise like children’s toys and Christmas ornaments, and much more for the whole family! Admission will be free.
The event is not until December, but the Arizona Center for Germanic Cultures is currently seeking vendors whose merchandise fits with this theme. They could also use more help from downtown Phoenix businesses and others in organizing this event.
If you would like to be a vendor or would like to help organize the Christkindlmarkt, please contact Wolfgang Klien at (480) 502-8510 or contact us through the website
